The American Society of Irrigation Consultants (ASIC) is inviting all irrigation and water delivery practitioners – purveyors, engineers, architects, designers, contractors and managers – to submit entries for its 2011 National Excellence in Irrigation Awards Program.

Submission deadline is April 15, 2011. The awards, to be presented at ASIC’s joint conference with the Irrigation Association in Denver, CO, this July, are given based on the quality of project planning and design in functionality, environmental responsibility and relevance.

There are no first-, second- or third-place winners. Each entry is eligible for an Honor Award, the highest award in each category, or a Merit Award for superior professional accomplishment.
