Exhibitor space available at the Empire State Green Industry Show

Booth space is available for exhibitors who would like to promote their green industry products, equipment and services at the 2010 Empire State Green Industry Show scheduled for January 12-14, 2010 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. The show is produced in partnership with the New York State Turfgrass Association (NYSTA), New York State Nursery and Landscape Association (NYSNLA), and New York State Arborists – ISA Chapter, Inc. (NYSA). It is expected to draw approximately 1,000 attendees representing golf course superintendents, sports turf managers, arborists, lawn/landscape and grounds maintenance professionals, sod growers and equipment managers.

The trade show reception, which will include refreshments, is scheduled for January 12 from 2:30 to 6 pm. Wednesday trade show hours are 8 am to 4 pm with lunch served to attendees on the trade show floor from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Please visit the show Web site to access the complete exhibitor schedule.

Booth pricing has been reduced from last year and includes conference registration for two representatives. All vendors receive a free listing in the on-site exhibitor directory and a post-conference attendee list. According to NYSTA President, Owen Regan, “We’re proud to announce that this year’s booth rates are the lowest they’ve been since 2004! We cut trade show only pass prices in half and continue to offer the buy three, get one free discount. We scheduled many events to draw key decision makers to the exhibit floor, planned dedicated trade show hours and educational demonstrations.” This year’s demonstrations include logo painting and striping; tree identification and landscape value; and shrub pruning.

For sales/manufacturing representatives seeking to promote their company, create brand awareness and establish contact with potential customers, the Empire State Green Industry Show offers a sponsorship program. Items and events available for sponsorship include the delegate notebook distributed to every conference attendee, trade show reception refreshments, trade show lunch, speaker sponsorships, exhibitor directory advertising and attendee bag inserts. Sponsors receive their name displayed on conference signage and in conference promotional materials. In addition, a customized sponsorship program can be tailored to meet specific corporate marketing needs.

The exhibitor brochure, application and contract for exhibit space and online exhibitor registration are now available on the show Web site. To reserve a booth, contact Jill Cyr at 800-873-8873 or email show@nysta.org or visit the show Web site at www.nysta.org.
