Jacto adds new VP

Jacto Inc. of Tualatin, Ore., announced Aug. 10 that it has hired Greg Imus as vice president of sales and marketing for its new Small Farm Solutions business unit. A subsidiary of Máquinas Agrícolas Jacto S/A of Pompéia, SP, Brazil, Jacto Inc. is Brazil’s market leader in spraying equipment for a variety of agricultural applications, and the company does business globally.


Jacto Small Farms Solutions (JSFS) will focus on the needs of small farmers around the world to aid them in efficient and economical production of crops. Imus’s primary role will be to develop and enhance sales and distribution in North America, Central America and South Asia Pacific.


Formerly VP of sales, marketing and technical services for Shindaiwa Inc. of Tualatin, Ore., Imus most recently served as area manager for Europe, Oceania and Africa with Maruyama Manufacturing Company of Tokyo, Japan.
