ACRT Services formed as holding company parent for ACRT
ACRT will become part of ACRT Services, a new holding company made up of three wholly owned subsidiaries: ACRT, ACRT Pacific, and Bermex.
The creation of ACRT Services allows the company to deliver new offerings to utility customers, provide tailored and versatile expertise to regions throughout the United States, and continue its significant, ongoing growth.
“Our company is still growing—and now we’re changing,” said ACRT Services CEO Mike Weidner. “We’re making this transition in order to prepare ourselves for continued growth and success, while strengthening our commitment to our customers, old and new.
“ACRT has always been, and always will be, about one thing: people,” Weidner added. “Our employees, our customers, and the communities our customers serve. As ACRT Services, we’ll continue empowering the best people who help sustain our world.”
Here’s what to expect:
As part of ACRT Services, ACRT remains the same independent vegetation management company it has always been. Founded over three decades ago, ACRT continues to increase service lines across the country. Its dedication to customers won’t change, but the ways in which ACRT brings enhancements and new services will only grow. ACRT remains the largest independent utility management consulting company in the U.S. With nearly 20 years of service with ACRT, C. Troy Ross has been promoted to president.
ACRT Pacific, founded on the same independence as ACRT, will concentrate on business within the state of California. ACRT Pacific will provide its customers with the focused attention needed to service a diverse landscape. A dedicated team on the ground will deliver best-in-class service specializing only in California. ACRT Pacific is led by newly promoted John Wasmer as president.
Bermex continues to offer professional metering services to utilities throughout the gas, water and electric industries. Customized service plans include meter reading, billing and collection, AMR and AMI transition assistance, and call center services. Bermex has been servicing customers with integrity and reliability for more than 40 years and will remain under the leadership of Todd Jones as president.
Customers can learn more about this exciting change at the brand-new ACRT.com. The new website highlights ACRT’s increased lines of services, including safety auditing and a full library of resources and educational content. New to the site is ACRT’s “In Your Neighborhood” section, helping utilities educate customers to help improve communication and boost overall satisfaction.
This transformation also includes a new brand identity for ACRT, including a new family of logos inspired by the company’s history, its people, and its continued dedication to being the industry authority. Through the new brand, ACRT’s core values—People, Dedication, Process, and Education—are represented front and center.
