Ambius Appoints Larry Rutkowski to the Newly Formed Position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Ambius announced the appointment of Larry Rutkowski, 52, to the newly formed post of executive vice president of sales and marketing. Rutkowski reports to Sally Briese, the company’s president, and leads the sales and marketing initiatives for the company’s North American operations.


“Larry brings extensive experience and proven success in sales, marketing and operational leadership to the company,” said Briese. “Larry’s responsibilities include national sales, projects development, new product introductions and North American marketing, as well as contributing to the company’s overall strategic sales direction.”


Prior to this appointment, Rutkowski was vice president of marketing and sales for SCI Corporation, a distributor of industrial products and on-site services. He has a B.S. in Management and Organizations from Elmhurst College and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.


The company also announces the promotion of KrisAnne Mehan to executive vice president of operations, west and Barry Clements to executive vice president of oerations, east. KrisAnne joined Ambius as part of the company’s acquisition of TruGreen in September 2000 as Branch Manager of the Seattle office. In 2002, Mehan was promoted to regional vice president, west region where she led the day-to-day operations of the west coast businesses. Clements joined Ambius from Cintas Corporation in 2003 as the branch manager of Washington, D.C. In 2005, Clements was promoted to regional vice president, east region where he led the day-to-day operations of the East Coast businesses.
