Tabletops and Networking

The tabletop displays are the hub of activity during the President’s Reception, the refreshment breaks, and during the continental breakfast and lunches.  The relaxed setting  lends itself to open communication, providing excellent networking opportunities.  It is also an ideal setting for our members to become more familiar with you and your products and services.

The tabletop area is not a trade show.  Floor and tabletop displays are not allowed nor may posters or banners be attached to the walls.  Tablecloths with logos or counter signs may be used.  Display mateials are meant to be simple with literature, small samples or Power Point presentations on a laptop.

All tabletop personnel must register for the conference and the exhibitors are invited and expected to full participants in all activities.  It is a good opportunity for you to get to know our Professional members and better understand their concerns.
