Houzz Inc., a leading platform for home renovation and design, announced the Houzz community’s picks for Best of Houzz 2020, a homeowner-to-homeowner guide to the top landscape architects and designers, landscape contractors
and other residential remodeling professionals on Houzz.. This exclusive award recognizes just three percent of the more than 2.5 million active home professionals on the Houzz platform.
“This year’s Best of Houzz awards go to an incredibly talented and service-oriented group of home remodeling and design professionals, and we’re proud to highlight the winners on the Houzz website and app,” said Liza Hausman, vice president of industry marketing for Houzz. “This award is particularly meaningful as it reflects the sentiment of the millions of homeowners in the Houzz community who are hiring home professionals for their projects across the U.S. and around the world.”
Best of Houzz is awarded annually in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Design awards honor professionals whose work was the most popular among the Houzz community. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including a professional’s overall rating on Houzz and client reviews submitted in 2019. Photography badges are awarded to architecture and interior design photographers whose images were most popular.
A “Best of Houzz 2020” badge, specifying category won, appears on winners’ profiles to help homeowners identify popular and top-rated home professionals on Houzz locally and around the world. Winners have been announced globally.
He says, “New clients are preparing to make a big investment in their homes, so they want to make sure that the people they work with can be trusted,” said Outdoor
Dreams owner and lead designer, Greg Koehler, who has consistently been awarded Best of Houzz for both design and service since 2016. “Getting the Best of Houzz service award is a credibility badge. The fact that people respond to your work is so important.”
