Irrigation Association show management has begun booth assignments for the 2010 Irrigation Show in Phoenix. First to be assigned are member exhibitors who submitted a booth space contract by the priority point deadline of April 14. Assignments are done based on a priority point system, in which points are accumulated by member companies who have previously exhibited. Exhibitors are contacted in order of their status on the point list. With over 200 exhibitors on the list, the process can be lengthy. If IA is unable to reach an exhibitor, the best available booth will be assigned. If you have not submitted your booth space contract, don’t delay. The priority point deadline has passed, but booths will be assigned based on when your contract is received by IA. The 2010 exhibitor prospectus was mailed in late February.
