Bug Zone + Pest ID Challenge
Take a closer look at the pesky bugs that impact our landscapes and obtain valuable resources on ticks, Japanese Beetle, European Chafer, aphids and more. Obtain valuable resources on Lyme disease from the Canadian Lyme Disease Foundation. Test your knowledge and take the Pest ID Challenge for a chance to win $250. One winner announced each day.
Green Theory Design Container Wars
Get ready to have some fun watching this new contest, emcee’d by Joel Franske of Green Theory Design. Horticulture celebrities including Brian Minter, Frankie Flowers, Paul Zammit, Shelly Levis and Leanne Johnson, will race against the clock to create beautiful containers using only the plants, pots and props provided.
Exhibitor Passport Program
Pick up your Show Guide and visit 12 designated exhibitor booths listed on the back page and get your “passport” stamped. Drop your completed passport into the Draw Box located at the BCLNA Booth and you could win a fantastic prize. Draw will be made at the end of the show.

Have some fun and look for three hidden gnomes that will be placed somewhere on the show floor each day. Bring the gnome to the show office and claim your prize.
Plant ID Contest
Test your Plant ID knowledge at the Certification Zone for a chance to win $250! Set up as if it were administered by the CLNA’s Landscape Industry Certified program, each completed contest form is your ticket into the draw. One winner is announced daily.
Container Competition
CanWest’s 10th Annual Container Competition showcases the hottest trends in container gardening. Containers are showcased on the show floor and judged by industry professionals.
