, Inc., a leader in online safety training, announced the appointment of Tim Spurlock as vice president of business development.

Spurlock will be responsible for leveraging relationships with ClickSafety’s strategic partners, as well as establishing new channels and business models for ClickSafety’s market-leading safety and compliance training courseware.

“Tim has a broad understanding of what it takes to grow a business,” said Blaine Tomimoto, ClickSafety president. “We will leverage his experience to introduce more companies to our customizable and cost-effective training solutions.”
Prior to joining ClickSafety, Spurlock was the vice president of business development at Pearson eCollege where he tripled revenue in two year’s time. He came to Pearson from Thomson Learning (now Cengage Learning). There, he built the Business Development Group of Thomson Custom Solutions, growing the business from $1 to $18 million in less than four years.
