GNE purchases assets of Maxim

Great Northern Equipment (GNE) completed its asset purchase of Maxim Manufacturing Corporation on Feb. 4, 2016.

For more than 40 years, Sebastopol, Miss.-based Maxim has designed and built rugged, high-quality, commercial-grade landscape tillers, trimmers, sprinklers, rollers and more for a wide variety of customers throughout the USA. GNE, which has a corporate office in Rogers, Minn., and a branch office in Garland, Texas, has been in the outdoor power equipment industry for more than 30 years. In addition to serving as a distributor for a wide range of products and brands, GNE is a manufacturer and distributor of Brave earth augers, log splitters, trenchers, skid-steer plates, hydraulic power packs and pressure washers; Dosko stump grinders and brush cutters; Iron & Oak log splitters; JRCO mower attachments; and now Maxim products.

GNE is proud to be adding Maxim products to its existing assortment of high-quality products.
