Inberg to lead Target Specialty Products into the TX golf market

Target Specialty Products announces Nick Inberg as its newest account representative serving the professional golf market in Texas. Inberg, a former superintendent in the Houston area, leads the company’s expansion into the Texas golf market. Based out of Target’s Houston branch, he will call on golf courses in the greater Houston area. 
“We are pleased to announce Nick Inberg as the newest member of our golf team,” said Target’s Business Manager for the Central Region Dean Osborn. “With over 12 years experience as a superintendent in the Houston area, he brings a wealth of experience and a working knowledge of the issues and challenges superintendents face in this region.”
For the past six years, Inberg served as a superintendent at Longwood Golf Club, Century Golf, a 27-hole course in Cypress, Texas.  At Longwood, he managed a staff of 17 people. Previously, he served as a superintendent at Westwood Golf Club (formerly Westwood Country Club), a member-owned, 18-hole course in Houston, Texas.  Inberg graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station with a double major. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy with a Turfgrass Management option, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture with a Landscape Management option. He is an active member of the South Texas Chapter of the Golf Course Superintendents Association.
