The Irrigation Association has opened registration for its 2023 Technician Week scheduled for March 6-10.
Technician Week is an opportunity for landscape irrigation technicians to take review courses and become certified all in one week. Technician Week will include a set of virtual classes specifically for technicians held via Zoom Monday through Thursday, March 6-9, with a certified irrigation technician exam offered in person in Fairfax, Virginia, on Friday, March 10. The four courses offer 20 CEUs and are an excellent opportunity to review in advance of the Friday certification exam.
“The unique format of Technician Week provides a thorough and efficient way for those interested in expanding their landscape irrigation knowledge to learn through four days of coursework and finish off the week taking a certification exam,” said IA Professional Development and Strategic Programs Director Sandra Kim, CAE, CMP. “We are happy to have skilled instructors sharing their industry expertise as we offer this valuable program to those in our industry.”
