Shredding TruckLoader from Little Wonder brings unique features and rugged durability to the lightweight truck loader category.
Durable composite and polyethylene materials that are up to 50% lighter than steel, lessen unit weight without sacrificing strength where lightweight durability is important. Built to last, the unit features two liners that protect both the housing and the discharge chute from wear. The lightweight polyethylene discharge chute is molded to cradle a special rubber compound liner while the rugged 12-gauge steel housing is lined with a hard-wearing, noise absorbing conveyor belt material – the same material used in quarries and mines that withstands the jagged edges of mineral aggregate like rock, gravel, glass and stone. The intake hose is made of translucent flexible urethane that is abrasion and tear resistant with a smooth interior for unrestricted material flow and features a new tubular steel wide grip handle for operator comfort.
Easy access features include a hinged housing cover that opens a full 180 degrees for unrestricted access to the impeller and housing liner, common hardware so one tool opens both the housing and discharge chute, bolt-in liners that are easy to remove and replace, low oil sensor, remote oil drain, and dual stage air cleaner. With an open design that offers access to maintenance areas, the Little Wonder 14hp Shredding TruckLoader is easy to service and maintain.
Designed to be flexible, the new 14hp Shredding TruckLoader comes complete with a skid mount base that also fits an assortment of mounting options plus offers chute, hose, and discharge accessories that customize the unit to fit a wide variety of truck and bed sizes.
