Rain Bird, a manufacturer and provider of irrigation products and services, is offering an opportunity for irrigation contractors to earn a cruise to the Caribbean.
The first 375 contractors whose 2008 purchases of Rain Bird rotor products exceed their 2007 purchases by at least 2500 unit credits will be eligible to cruise with Rain Bird.
The four-day cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Majesty of the Seas will travel from Miami to Nassau and Coco Cay, Bahamas and Key West, Florida. Scheduled for January 5-9, 2009, the trip includes airfare to Miami and the cruise for the contractor and one guest, plus meals.
“This cruise is a reward for contractors who go the extra mile to incorporate Rain Bird rotors into the irrigation systems they design and install,” said Heather Kraus, Rain Bird rotors product manager.
To qualify, contractors need to fill out a “Cruise with Rain Bird Rotors” sign-up voucher and submit it with required documentation to Rain Bird no later than June 30, 2008. After confirming that Rain Bird has received and validated the sign-up voucher, contractors must detail their 2008 purchases on a purchase verification form and submit them for approval no later than October 31, 2008. Purchases made between January 1 and October 31, 2008 qualify for the promotion. Both residential and commercial rotors are included in the promotion.
Contractors are encouraged to make their rotor purchases early since a limited number of cruise reservations are available. The first 375 contractors to hit the target growth goal will go on the cruise.
