Tygar Manufacturing Announces the Opening of Florida Regional Office

Tygar Manufacturing, LLC, a manufacturer of turnkey decorative curbing equipment for the landscape curbing industry, announced the opening of its newest regional office in Orlando, Florida.  Tygar’s Florida office will provide sales and technical support, live demonstrations, distribution of equipment and consumables, and training to all local Tygar customers.  As with the rest of the country, the demand for curbing continues to grow rapidly in Florida.  Though Tygar has sold curbing equipment and supplies into the state since 2001, this past year, Tygar has increased its presence by exhibiting at two trade shows, providing several live demonstrations, and training scores of Florida-based contractors.  The opening of the Florida office is yet another sign of Tygar’s commitment to serving that growing market.  The new office is located at 3773 Silver Star Rd, Orlando, FL 32808 (407-295-4343), and distribution of concrete curbing additives and supplies is already underway.

With such a temperate climate, the Sunshine state is one of the best locations in the United States for curbing contractors.  With the ability to curb nearly all year long, and the advantages offered by landscape curbing, operating a curbing business in Florida is highly profitable.   In addition, Tygar’s curbing enhancements, such as stamped walkways, lighted curb, and driveway liners, are widely sought in the state.

Tygar has also recently introduced the first ever Driveway Liner Package, as well as innovative new mat stamps for curbing, all of which are in great demand in Florida as in most other regions of the United States. With our landscape curbing equipment, landscape contractors can now offer customers attractive and practical driveway and hardscape accents, such as Belgium block, driveway skirts, and inlayed stone surfaces.  Utilizing Tygar’s exclusive processes and equipment, these aesthetic borders are extruded and stamped in less than half the time, and at a fraction of the expense, as other hardscaping methods.  The process utilizes specially designed molds and stamps to extrude various brick patterns, raised or inlayed stone with mortar joints, and other stone patterns, along driveways, walkways or patios, in up to 24 different colors.  The process is very efficient and is generally complete in one day, including prep and clean-up.  Many similar hardscape jobs require several days, cause messy and disruptive job sites, and are costly.  These and other products, including the 24” Walkway and Curb Lighting Packages, will also be displayed at the show.
