Weathermatic SmartLink

Weathermatic launched an Amazon Cloud service for linking its SmartLine controllers to any smartphone, PC or tablet via available cell phone networks. SmartLink is an affordable way to manage multiple irrigation sites and multiple SmartLine controllers at each site. A SmartLinkNetwork.com connection costs about 50 cents per day, which converts to an annual investment that is less than the cost for only one or two trips to a site to check or reprogram controllers. A smartphone also replaces the handheld remote for field service time and labor savings. Users of the SmartLink network can start and stop irrigation at any site and re-program the controllers to meet watering restrictions or seasonal changes. Generate monthly reports on water usage and savings generated with the climate-based watering possible with SmartLine controllers. Aircard flow monitoring will alert landscape managers to system leaks so the system can be shutdown remotely to prevent water loss.
